Packing of BarsBefore the highly finished bars ar carefully packed, each length of the bar goes to through the following processes - Both ends are color coded, as per the customer’s requirements.
- Ends of bars above 30mm are hard stamped with the heat number and the grade of the material.
- Each bar is thoroughly cleaned to remove the oil or grease from the surface.
- A range of plastic rings depending on the length of bars are inserted in every bar to avoid rod to rod contact is available as per requirement.
To preserve the defect free surface of the bars during transportation and handling these bars are then coupled with PP straps, and wrapped in LLDPE plastic sheets and then again wrapped with the HDPE Sheets, for complete security of the shining bars.
